Diablo Immortal Player Can't Access The Game After Spending $100k
Diablo Immortal might have bagged itself a pretty dreadful reputation, but frankly, it doesn't matter. Blizzard's dark delight is making bank. The mobile offshoot of the PC classic Diablo is no doubt making its own successes - working with millions of downloads in such a way that the game could actually end up defining the entire iconic series.
But fans are still seething with its money-grabbing structure. Many feel that the title is immeasurably slow in progression. Well, that's if you're not willing to fork over hugely. Now, one fan has done so, and paid an unfortunate price for it.
YouTuber Loses Access To Diablo Immortal After Paying $100k
One YouTuber is having some trouble playing Diablo Immortal, as he claims that he's shelled out $100,000 on the game and is now not able to join matches in-game.
Jtisallbusiness posted a YouTube video detailing exactly the problem that he's having, sharing that he has spent between 48 and 72 hours queueing to get into Battlegrounds PvP games to no avail.
"So now I'm in a situation where I have spent a considerable amount of money, around $100,000 on this game, and I have a character that has not been able to do the thing that I like doing most in this game, which is Battlegrounds," he says. Yikes.
Jtisallbusiness Is Considering Legal Action Against Blizzard
He's not only bothered by this turn of events in Diablo Immortal - he's seemingly so frustrated that he's considering taking legal action against Blizzard. "My matchmaking record is now so high that I literally can't get a Battleground, so my question now is do I just not do anything about this or should I hire a lawyer and refund this account and then see what happens?"
It's strong talk to get lawyers involved - but if there's one thing we know, it's that it'll get Blizzard's attention. Either way, one thing's for certain, and that's that you probably shouldn't spend $100,000 on a mobile game. That much speaks for itself, to be honest.
