Krispy Kreme Unveils New Xbox Doughnut
Xbox’s latest run of consoles isn’t particularly in need of a hefty promotional budget at this stage. Already the console is the fastest-selling that Microsoft has ever produced, and it’s still going down a treat with fans, especially as Microsoft Flight Simulator came to the console and Game Pass yesterday.
It’s an incredible success, and it seems to prove itself time and time again, and the Series X|S has become the flagship console of Xbox as a company. And now, they’ve got a new partnership on the go that’s bound to please fans.
Krispy Kreme Reveal Xbox Collaboration
Finally, something to put in our Xbox Series X Fridges. Krispy Kreme has revealed their latest innovation - the Nexus Level Doughnut, a collaboration with Xbox to promote the Xbox Game Pass and Series S console, and to celebrate Xbox’s 20th anniversary.
The doughnut, with the iconic X emblazoned on the front, is filled with a rich brownie batter, and covered in green icing.
As if the sweet treat wasn’t enough, every purchase of a choose-your-own dozen at Krispy Kreme stores or a sharer dozen in supermarkets or service cabinets will also bag you a complimentary month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and the chance to win an Xbox Series S of your own.
Marketing Manager at Krispy Kreme Rachel Chapman has said of the dream collaboration “Gaming and doughnuts have been two great ways for connecting people and bringing joy during the last year, it felt natural to bring the flavour and joy of games together in an edible form. Our doughnuts are made fresh each day, all hand-decorated and checked, making each and every one delicious.”

You’ll be able to find them at any of the UK’s Krispy Kreme stores, in one of many service stations around the country, in supermarkets, or via food delivery apps like Deliveroo or UberEats.
It’s an odd collaboration, for sure, but not one we’d frown at. We’ll take 20, please.
