Huge Twitch personality and former Overwatch professional, Félix "xQc" Lengyel, has signed with Luminosity Gaming as a content creator.

This comes as his first organisation since 2017, when he left the Overwatch team Dallas Fuel to focus on content creation. Now one of the world's leading streamers, he averages a concurrent 50,000 views over the last month and has roughly 3.5 million followers on the platform. Most recently, he has been known to stream with other prominent streamers such as 100 Thieves' Rachell "Valkyrae" Hofstetter, and even pop-sensation Soulja Boy.

Luminosity has a history of producing and broadcasting the largest streamers on Twitch and YouTube. Tyler "Ninja" Blevin used to be a part of the organisation during his time on the professional Halo team, before moving over to H1Z1, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, and Fortnite, where his career lead him in other directions. Luminosity now hosts sixteen content creators, with names such as Harley "MrFreshian" Campbell and Elliot "Muselk" Watkins. The organisation is also home to huge esports teams such as the Call of Duty Leagues Seattle Surge, and the Overwatch Leagues Vancouver Titans.

Alongside the announcement that xQc will be joining Luminosity Gaming, the new partnership will also be running a talent show live stream called "Rising Stars". The initiative is to inspire streamers to participate in a five-week contest to earn a spot with the organisation alongside xQc, with the contract worth $100,000. xQc himself stated that "I make it my mission to find the next gaming star. If you have what it takes and you think you could win it all, there’s a sponsorship offered on the table".

As for the new Luminosity streamer, with the organisation behind him, and an infectious personality, there is no reason why he cannot rival the likes of Ninja and Shroud as the biggest streamer in the world.
