When the dust settles, and to be fair even when the dust is all up in your face, Felix "xQc" Lengyel is an entertainer at heart. Although he often makes headlines for shaking not stirring the pot, the Canadian ex-Overwatch professional isn't always out to cause drama.

Recently, xQc was banned from the Nopixel Role Play server after exploiting a glitch on Grant Theft Auto V and has continued to stay involved in streamer feuds. After returning to the server after an apology and a three-day ban, xQc has been living the simple life of a bank robber and model citizen.

However, the rest of the server remains in tatters, bickering and squabbling. Whilst the drama resides over petty issues, xQc has lashed out at "chat hoppers" who are taking disputes out of context and stirring up the drama.

After revealing that “it feels kind of decent to not be in the middle of the drama right now,” xQc then opened the assault on Twitch viewers who hope between chats and stir the drama. He continued to state “It can get annoying when you’re in the middle of it, and you’re the one getting targeted, or you’re the one doing it.”

“They don’t understand what the f**k is going on, but bark the loudest. They know nothing at all… [but] they have the strongest opinions.”

He continued: "Chat hoppers are complete c*ncer. But when drama is happening, and there’s a lot of chat hopping going on, I’ve realized that if you throw the ball back... you not only reward the hoppers, [but you also] encourage your own people to become hoppers in retaliation. You create a big hopping environment.”

Speaking from direct experience, xQc has faced his fair share of squabbles and the role in which Twitch chat can play.

To conclude the topic, xQc added: “It’s a big problem [to be] spending so much energy on the people that don’t care, leaving you with none for the people that do,” showcasing his true intentions are to focus on his loyal viewers.
