Click to enlargeThere are a number of ways to get your hands on a Sandevistan operating system. They all largely involve the same process, however, and that is paying a visit to a Ripperdoc. There are Ripperdocs all over the city, each one with their own stock of cyberware that you can choose from. Shopping around is always a good idea, but if you are looking specifically for a Sandevistan OS, there are some good places to start.
The main differences between the various Sandevistan operating systems you can buy are the duration of the effect, and the amount of time they take to cool down. Your best options are a Sandevistan that lasts longer, or one that has a short cooldown. As we will discuss, that second option is really the better one.
The first Ripperdoc you go to in the game, Viktor, sells a legendary Sandevistan OS, which is a pretty great option. Our pick for the best option is to head to Jig Jig Street and go see Fingers. Fingers is a Ripperdoc you will encounter during the main story, and unfortunately, if you are aggressive with him when you encounter him he will no longer deal with you.
This is only unfortunate because he sells the Qiant Sandevistan MK. 4. This OS has only a fifteen-second base cooldown, something we can reduce much further. Regardless of where you buy one, you are going to need in excess of 15 stat points in Reflex, so be sure to work on that first.

Cyberpunk 2077 Sandevistan Upgrades
Click to enlargeGetting a Sandevistan operating system will get you most of the way to moving like David Martinez in the Cyberpunk Edgerunners anime. However, you can really get nuts with this by adding some more cyberware. We have more details in the build linked above, but here are some useful mods to get for your Sandevistan.
First, we need to head to the Ripperdoc over by the Mission Waterfront fast travel location, in Arroyo. From him, we can purchase the crafting recipe for the Sandevistan Heatsink. To get the most out of the Heatsink, you will want to craft some Legendary quality ones, which requires a Crafting skill of at least 18. If you do not have the Crafting skills, you can still do this to get some benefit, but to maximise it you should put some time into levelling Crafting.
With three of these slotted, you can reduce the cooldown of the Sandevistan from 15 seconds to just three. You can even add a Legendary spec Bioconductor to bring that down to just two seconds. The Bioconductor can be bought in the Aldecaldo camp, and can be useful if you cannot craft the Legendary Heatsinks.
From here, you can do almost anything you want. These few items alone will grant you near-constant up time with the Sandevistan, and unlike David Martinez in the anime, you do not have to worry about it destroying your body.
