What Are Diablo Immortal Charms?
Charms are pieces of equipment that provide buffs to skills, increasing their damage and efficiency in combat. A Charm is the 13th piece of gear that can be equipped and is more end-game oriented, meaning you'll go a long time before running into one. When you find your first Charm, it will be level one and will only buff one of your skills, but they can be upgraded to buff more skills by talking to the Charm Craftsman in Westmarch.
It's also worth noting that the skills on Charms aren't necessarily specific to you, and can include any of the skills in the game, meaning it's never guaranteed that you get one of your equipped skills when earning or upgrading a charm.

How To Upgrade Diablo Immortal Charms
Upgrading Charms will cost Alchemical Power, with it costing ten initially and progressing to 50 to hit the max level of five. At the max level, a Charm will buff five different skills, giving them a damage bonus of either 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, or 10%.
The only way to earn Alchemical Powder is by salvaging Charms at the Charm Craftsman, which is the optimal way of getting rid of charms you don't need. Salvaging a level one Charm will net you ten Alchemical Powder, while a max level Charm will earn you 50.
Due to the fact that Charms don't always provide buffs to the skills you have, there are ways to customise them, but this is also plagued with RNG and takes some time. The Charm Craftsman can convert a Charm into a Skill Stone for a price of 500 Platinum, and these are then used in Imbuing.
Essentially, the Imbuing process allows you to transfer one random skill from a Skill Stone to a Charm, but due to the RNG associated with it, you can easily get a skill you don't want, making it quite a long process to get all the skills you need on one Charm.

How To Get Diablo Immortal Charms
There are two main ways to earn Charms. Firstly, you can earn a single Charm every day by completing the day's Bounties, and another way is by purchasing them from the Diablo Immortal Hilts Trader. These are limited-time only, and the stock will refresh, but you can get a Charm for 100 Hilts.
