Diablo Immortal Server Transfer: How To Change Servers
The Diablo Immortal server transfer process is very straightforward and can be done at any time. When you load up Diablo Immortal for the first time the game will pre-select the best available server at that time for you to play on. This can also be changed before starting your first character. When returning to Diablo Immortal you will be able to see your last played server at the bottom of the main menu.
To enable Diablo Immortal server transfer, all you need to do is click on the currently selected server at the bottom of the main menu, select the region you wish to pick your server from, and then select the server of your choice. It is best to pick the server which has the lowest latency to avoid any connection issues but it is completely up to your own choice.

Diablo Immortal Character Transfer: Can You Swap Servers?
Unfortunately, the biggest downside of the Diablo Immortal server transfer system is that you are unable to transfer characters between servers.
Any character you create is exclusively tied to the server they were created on, and if you try and use the Diablo Immortal server transfer system you will just be prompted to create a new character on your newly selected server. You will not lose your pre-existing characters by using the Diablo Immortal server transfer, however, as they will remain in the state you left them in, just on their own server.
If you are wondering if the Diablo Immortal crossplay works across servers, unfortunately, this has been confirmed to not work. To use Diablo Immortal crossplay with your friends you will have to have selected the same server as them, or have created a new character on their server to play with them.
That’s everything we currently know about Diablo Immortal server transfer. Just make sure to communicate with your friends on which server to choose, or choose the best server for your connection before diving into your new character.
