How To Start Diablo Immortal Vitaath Helliquary Raid
Once you have found the gate to enter, you will need to make sure that you meet the recommended Diablo Immortal combat rating to complete this Helliquary raid. The recommended combat rating for this specific raid is 2280, which is a fair amount higher than the 420 required to begin tackling Helliquary raids.
While it is not a hard lock that prevents you from tackling the raid if you don’t clear the 2280 rating threshold, it is probably a good idea to come back later if you are below. Use your own judgement though and enter if you feel up to it.
Before you get to fight Vitaath, you will need to deal with her minions. Don’t be fooled into thinking they’re a cake walk though, as they could very easily take down a member of your party if they aren’t careful. They will serve as a good warm-up to get you in the zone for the real battle though, so use your time wisely.
As soon as you’ve got them out of the way, the Diablo Immortal Vitaath boss fight will begin, and will last a mighty four phases so you better be prepared.

Diablo Immortal Vitaath Boss Guide
For the first phase of the Diablo Immortal Vitaath Helliquary boss fight, she will use four separate abilities to try and take you down. The four abilities in question are:
- Frontal Cone: A sword swipe in a cone in front of Vitaath
- Frontal Line: Icicles brought down from above in front of the boss
- Ice Debuff: A random member of your team will be afflicted with the ice debuff effect
- Icicle Zone: Icicles will rain down from four spots in the arena
All four of these attacks will be fairly easy to dodge if you just avoid the telegraphed areas. They can do massive damage if you aren’t careful though, so make sure to not just attack mindlessly.
In the second phase, the boss will rise into the air and call on a number of summons to attack the player. Make sure to get rid of those summons as quickly as you can, and then she will return to the ground and revert to the attacks from the first phase.
The third phase will commence with the Point Blank attack, which is a devastating AoE that disperses ice all around the arena. Approach this phase with a balance of caution and aggression, making sure to speed through it whilst also avoiding high damage attacks.
The fourth and final phase is a reenactment of the second, but Vitaath remains on the ground this time. To further add insult to injury, this second phase reincarnation will add in the attacks of the third phase too, making it a real challenge and a triumphant end to the fight.
