How To Search Containers Under The Effects Of Slap In Fortnite
Click to enlargeSince this is an in-game challenge in Fortnite, you most likely assume it’s going to be a tricky one to complete. On the contrary, it’s perhaps one of the easier ones that have been added to the game. All that makes this slightly confusing is the wording, which has left a fair few players confused.
The weekly challenge - which tasks players to search containers under the effects of Slap - is simply asking you to find Slap Juice. If you’ve been playing this season for a while, you’re most likely aware of what this is, but if not, they’re bottles of juice that increase your health and shields, whilst also giving you a temporary stamina boost.
You can find these bottles all across the map as standard loot, but an easier way of completing this is by harvesting Slap Berries directly. If you explore the wilderness, you will commonly come across bushes growing these fruits. They look similar to pineapples and often come in bundles of three.
Simply gather as many of these as needed and ingest one before you open a chest. Even if you have full health and shields in Fortnite, you will still be able to use them and search containers after doing so, which includes chests, toolboxes, and anything else you can open.
Once you’ve searched five containers while under the effects of Slap, you will have completed the quest and be able to just focus on staying alive in Fortnite.
