The Glaze Lily in Genshin Impact is a type of flower used in crafting and for some characters’ ascension levels. Genshin Impact establishes that the Glaze Lily is an important flower to the people of Liyue, who made an active effort to plant more after their population dwindled in the wild from over-plucking. To find out where to get the Glaze Lily in Genshin Impact, and how to use it, read on.

Glaze Lilies are found in Liyue, predominantly in Qingce Village where citizens have actively re-grown seeds from the wild. They can also be found in Liyue Harbour, at the waypoint teleport and Yujing Terrace within the harbour region. If gathered from Qingce Village, the flowers will be in amongst the fields of yellow flowers – watch out for the blue flowers in-between as these are the Glaze Lilies. If you’re struggling to spot them, look out for the tell-tale glimmer a harvestable item emits. Also, be sure to watch out for the boars in the field as they will charge at you if you linger too long.

Mrs. Bai is an NPC merchant located in Qingce Village who sells them for 50,000 Mora each and carries three of them in her stock inventory which replenishes every three days, like most merchants.

Madame Ping is an NPC in Liyue Harbour who will gift the Traveler five Glaze Lilies if a certain branch of dialogue is chosen with her upon first interaction. If you ask her about the flowers, she will share them with you for free.

Once you reach the level cap of a character, they will unlock the ability to ascend. Ascension levels require rarer materials to upgrade and different characters require different materials. The following characters require Glaze Lily to achieve ascension levels, these are:

  • Ningguang
  • Yun Jin

The Genshin Impact Glaze Lily is required to make Geoculus Resonance Stones. These stones alert when near Geoculus (orbs that can be collected and traded with the Geo Archon statue for rewards) and will be consumed on use. This means if you need to find multiple Geoculus’ you’ll need plenty of Glaze Lilies to do so, along with Cor Lapis.

  • Cor Lapis is a mineral also required to make Geoculus Resonance Stones, to find out how to get Cor Lapis in Genshin Impact, read our guide.

Once the Traveler has completed the quest ‘A Teapot To Call Home’ from Act Three of the game, they will be rewarded with the Serenitea Pot, which houses the player’s own realm that they can customise with crafted furniture. From this, the player can access outdoor decoration pieces that act as gardening plots of land, (A Path of Value: Luxuriant Glebe is the plot needed for Glaze Lilies). With this comes the ability for players to grow flowers and plants, meaning you can cultivate your own steady source of Glaze Lilies. Once plucked, the flowers will respawn every three days.

  • If you want to show off your customised realm to friends, check out our Genshin Impact multiplayer guide, which will tell you which steps you need to follow to unlock multiplayer mode.
