The Witcher 3 Forgotten Wolf armor is a new set of gear that belongs to the Wolf School, and was added as part of version 4.0 which conceded with the next-gen release. It's also worth noting that it resembles the armor worn by Geralt in The Witcher TV show, so fans may want to seek it out. There's only one to currently get it, and it requires you to complete The Witcher 3 new quest, In The Eternal Fire's Shadow, which involves exploring a mine and scouring the library of Kaer Morhen.
