Despite facing some serious nerfs these Warzone best MG82 loadouts can still reign supreme. LMGs have always been a solid choice in Warzone, allowing players to spray across the plains of Verdansk. The MG82 is also an absolute machine at close range, making it the LMG you want in your arsenal. However, to make sure it is tweaked to perfection, here are the Warzone best MG82 loadouts you should be checking out.
Warzone Best MG82 Loadouts: How To Unlock The MG82

Originally introduced during Cold War Season Four, if you didn't pick it up by working through the battle pass, you'll need to fight through a challenge to equip it. This requires you to take out 3 or more enemies without loading in 15 complete matches. If you own Cold War we suggest working through this challenge in its multiplayer, as you'll fly through it there. If you are solely on Warzone however, head over to either Plunder or Rebirth Island to wrack up those kills. Warzone Best MG82 Loadouts: Attachments
Not much is needed for the MG82 to start frying opponents, which makes it a pleasant gun to level. That said, there are definitely unlocks which are transformative to the way the gun plays and the length you will be able to abuse the weapon. Depending on which group size bracket you play, there are some choices you will have to make to adjust to the number of rounds you will likely need. Generally speaking, this is the most commonly used configuration for the MG82 post-nerf with the highest success rate:

If you are looking for a higher magazine size, your best bet is to substitute the Field Agent Grip with the 125 Rnd mag. Just in case you meet eight or so people at once and fancy sending them all to the Gulag at once.
Interestingly, some high-level players have also experimented with the Raider Stock instead of the Field Agent Grip and found success with it, though they are in the minority of builds for the weapon. As a sidearm, you will often find guns like the Warzone best OTs 9 loadouts or other Warzone best SMGs in order to preserve precious AR ammunition for the monster while staying relatively light on your feet.
Warzone Best MG82 Loadouts: Perks

Considering the heft of most LMGs, including the MG82, Overkill is a good shout so that you can swap out for something a little lighter. While we wouldn't necessarily recommend something incredibly short ranged, but something like the Warzone best AUG loadouts would pair up nicely. High Alert is another contender for this spot however, as it allows alerts you to enemies outside of you line of sight, if you were hunkering down with the MG82.
A perk like Scavenger allows you to keep those ammo supplies topped up, while Battle Hardened adds resistance to flashes and stuns, for when you need to hard scope on distant enemies.
